Before installing the PVC Aircraft flooring, spread it out for 1-2 days to allow the PVC flooring to fully acclimatise to the environment.
01. Check whether the aircraft cabin is level or not.
02. Clean the floor and apply the glue. Then use the equipment to blow the floor for about 30 minutes, so that the adhesive glue reaches the highest viscosity.
03. Lay the PVC sports flooring in sequence along the side of the aircraft cabin and cut off the excess.
04. Use the machine to cut the groove between the PVC flooring, so that it is easy to weld the wires into the center seam.
05. Use a welding gun to embed the welding wire into the grooves and cut off the excess wire. Makes a seamless connection between basketball court floors.
Finish by cleaning up any excess auxiliary scraps.
